Personal Background
I currently reside in the lovely town of Kirkland, better known as Clinton. I have lived here for over 32 years with my husband and daughter. Our daughter graduated from University at Buffalo and from Buffalo State and now lives in Albany. We love it here as it is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. I am a member of the Vestry at my church and several years before that I was Sunday School Director and taught Sunday School. I was also a member of the Clinton Kiwanis, In 1966 after graduation I became a Flight Attendant and moved to Boston until I got married in 1979.
I am very involved in the community with the Ride for Missing Children and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as a speaker. I go to area schools to do safety presentation on children safety. We also do bicycle safety presentation at area schools. I am on the board of directors of my Cycling club and sponsor. I along with my husband we were inducted in to the Sports Hall of Fame at the Children's Museum in Utica for our contribution and promotion of cycling. What an honor!! I am President of the G E Ski Club of Utica. Our club in involved in many community events such a s the Boiler Maker Road Race, Relay for Life and many fundraiser for Cancer. I have been a skier for most of my life and enjoy down hill and cross country skiing. Kayaking and Sailing are another one of my passions. I like to be involved, especially in the community. It is very gratifying to give back.
Professional Interests
I am involved with my local board of Realtors and have been for many years serving as a member of the board of directors for 4 years, chairperson for P R committee for over 10 years, chairperson of the Risk and Legal Committee for 4 years. I currently sit on the Professional Standards Committee and have for over12 years.I recently stepped down as Chairperson for the Realtor Political Commettee after serving for 10 years,
I am a member of the New York State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and I hold certified buyer agent certificate. To further serve my customers and clients, I am a member of the Utica-Rome Board of Realtors and the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.
