2007: And he was right. By the time that John Brown, the top agent with the firm, took over as owner in 2007, Coldwell Banker Faith Properties had enjoyed many years of success as the top broker in the Mohawk Valley. Just as importantly, for as long as anyone at the Greater Utica Rome Board of Realtors could remember, we held the distinction of never having a violation of the Realtor’s Code of Ethics.
Today: After more than 25 years, Coldwell Banker Faith Properties is still the top selling real estate brokerage in the Utica Rome area. But more important than "being Number One" are the reasons for it. The first is that the primary directive of our company is still the same as it was the first day- the Golden Rule.
